  • Male and Female candidates from all over India are eligible to apply.
  • Passed Class 10th (High School) examination from any recognized board in India.
  • Music ability is mandatory. Refer to the official notification for complete details.
  • Height: Male – 162 cm | Female – 152 cm.
  • Running Test:
    • Male: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes.
    • Female: 1.6 km run in 8 minutes.
  • For complete Physical Efficiency Test (PET) details, read the official notification.

Selection Stages

Stage 1
Eligible candidates can apply online from 20 July 2026 to 02 August 2026. Photo Instruction: Upload a recent passport-size color photograph (taken within the last six months) of 10 KB to 50 KB. The photograph should have a light background, with the candidate facing the camera without any headgear (except for Sikhs). The candidate must hold a black slate in front of their chest displaying their name and the date the photograph was taken, clearly written in white chalk in capital letters.
